Joe Romeo is the owner of Tiffany Pools, he lives in Toms River, I would never recommend him. He installed our pool 3 years ago and it leaked from the first day and he refused to replace the skimmer that was leaking. Instead he kept coming back and applied caulk around the skimmer. He made a huge mess and the caulk shows from all around it.  In addition when I contacted him recently to see if he was coming over the next day to make the repair and replace the skimmer as promised, he used language that I can't use here and told me he wasn't coming back ever. He was vulgar and verbally abusive. He continued his verbal assault for over an hour in text messages then even had the nerve to call me on the phone and continue. It was obvious to me he was possibly at a bar it was very loud in the background and his language was so slurred I could barely understand what he was saying. Needless to say, he never showed up the next day thankfully.  I have saved his text messages for possible future use in court should the need arise. I would hate to think that he would use that kind of language on any other woman or possibly his wife and daughter. I would like to give negative stars but that is not an option on this site.  I also noticed he closed his Silverton store so he may actually be out of business.
