Worst restraunt experience EVER! I usually will not leave a negative review somewhere but 2 days later im still ipset aboit my experience. It was my 33rd birthday, a friend and I were headed to casino but wanted to experience the tilted kilt and see some beautiful women. Started off fine. Walked in bartender asked what we would like to drink and if we wanted a menu. We ordered a beer and wings/fries. Our food comes and 1 plate has 14 wings and the other 8. Started eating and 1 of my wings was cold inside so checked a few more and werent bad but were undercooked so pushed plate forward on bar. The bartender never once asked what was wrong or how food was or what brought us out or just ANYTHING. no socializing, was too busy texting on phone, no customer service of any kind from either of the bartenders. Finally she came up and jist asked if we would like another beer, still not asking why i wasnt eating my food. They were even very slow. Maybe 8 people around the bar and 20 people scattered around on tables. I was totally blown away by the lack of customer service. Ive never felt so ignored or unwanted somewhere in my life. First time in my life that I didnt leave a tip..

There's no way these girls could get better they were awesome and a tentative if I ever go to Cleveland again that'll be my first stop best place I have ever been it was awesome The Waitresses went above and beyond

Good sports bar and food is not bad. Also, gets you in and out before games. Servers are just cherry on top.
