Food is good and interesting. Not inexpensive for modest portions. They are ample however. It's a key restaurant experience as the meats are aged, seasoned and cooked very well to very lovely presentations. Flavors were unique and delicious. Don't miss the experience. No reservations just a name system. No "shakers" or cell phone paging so kind of primitive system. Wait on Saturday was an hour and without shakers or cell you are stuck with no seating just huddled near the door. That is kind of unpleasant.

The space is very friendly, relaxing, and just flat out cool. I ordered the ½ lb lean and ½ lb fatty brisket (I recommend the fatty) and they were both cooked to perfection. The potato’s were amazing and the coleslaw was light and surprisingly tasty. I’m no critic but I loved every bit of it.

Had been hearing great things about this restaurant for a few years. Finally went and it certainly did not disappoint! The brisket is probably the best I've ever tasted, really juicy and full of flavour! The BBQ is definitely unique as it is mustard based which complimented the meat. The staff are also very knowledgeable as they knew what type of wood was used.in the smoking process and where it came from. If you're in Cleveland and want to eat BBQ, visit this place!

To start off I have to admit I am a vegetarian. This review is a joint effort with the group I came with. I had the cucumber salad and spaeztle sides which were both good for sides and the sizes were more then enough for the 3 of us to share. The ribs and fatty brisket came with spicy sauerkraut (amazing!), bread & butter pickles (also great), and some daily baked rye bread. The group loved the fatty brisket! I loved the sauerkraut!

Finally went here on a weekday and the service was excellent. There was absolutely no wait time and our drinks came out within minutes. I was adventurous and ordered the pig ears. They were pretty good. The only complaint I have is that everything is a la carte and you sit very close to other patrons.
