I’ll start by saying that I LOVE Tim Hortons… their coffee, sandwiches. I have come to this location for a few years out of convenience but won’t be returning if I can help it. I’ve never had a nice experience with any of the staff. They’re quite rude and always seem put off that you’re there in the first place. Frequently out of ingredients like hash browns, egg, lettuce and tomato. Today I ordered a Bagel BELT, sat in a 2-car line for 20 minutes and received the wrong order. When I asked if there was something wrong I received a double thumbs up and condescending response. This location is garbage. Wendy’s cleared their drive through twice in the time it took me to make it through this line.

This place is a joke, I had to literally ask them if they were Tim Hortons they never ever have donuts or something not working. We live local and  use to stop daily  for coffee and they never have donuts especially after 2 and by 6 your lucky to get coffee. If they do have donuts hope you like glazed and stale because that's what you get. Ice cap machine always broke.The Staff are rude and unprofessional  and this place needs closed down.

Hot chocolate.  Water with chocolate powder dumped in it. Not even mixed. Would give Zero if I could

Everyday when after 5pm when I go to this location - they are out of ice coffee. The clerk says they run out and don't make more. How can you run out of coffee? It's like a gas station running out of gas. The clerks are just lazy.

The location by Nationwide Children's Hospital was great!  Very friendly staff and the caramel macchiatos we're not only hot, but, very good!Food: 4/5

Rudest people I have ever met! The manager will not help you and all she can answer is hold on I can’t handle this and hangs up! I’ve never been so upset with this place will probably never go again now.

I did not eat here.  I ate at the Wendy's that is attached, but I spoke to the Tim Hortons staff.  They were nice but unhelpful and uninformed. The facility was AWFUL! I took my family, with little children, inside so we could use the bathroom.  I really hope the cleanliness of their kitchen is not represented by the cleanliness of their bathroom.  First of all, they did NOT have a changing table in the bathroom, and the handicap stall was out of order.  The bathroom was FILTHY.  You would think that because this building houses TWO companies Tim Hortons and Wendy's that it would be cleaner, but it was worse. I asked the staff if they had a changing table behind the locked handicap door and they said no, it "seemed" to have been ripped off the wall.  They didn't offer any suggestions or apology or help.  I had to change my baby on the floor of the eating area - which was also DISGUSTING.  I am very disappointed in the facility.

This is by far the worst TH I have ever been to. Gave them two chances… The first time a worker came to the front showing another worker pictures of “How high” her boyfriend was and that day they were out of breakfast !? Went on another day and at 4pm they said they were closing because the manager called off. It’s like the Wild West of fast food. Do yourself a favor, go to Stringtown rd.

I called the store two times talk to two different employees about how there systems are off or need looked out , due to it not allowing me to Order food off of any delivery website and was told they will tell the manager and to call back i have called back four times to have my calls blatantly ignored . Im sorry but what kind of store treats customers like that . Thats Not okay and something should be done . On top of the fact the food is never correct or fresh and they usually are out of everything or the machines are down ..  So disappointed because i truly love Tim hortons

Very very slow. One car in front of me and I still waited over 10 minutes for a single coffee. Then they messed the one thing I got up. Horrible service....
