Ordered coffee 2 cream 2 sugar the employee gave me cup full of milk very cold i told him feel it and taste it, he said this is 2 milk and 2 sugar, 2nd cup was also cold. Very bad customer service

I travel all over Ohio, and this Tim Hortons is one of the best. The employees are great, very friendly and inviting. They always have my order ready fast. The order is never wrong. Everything is made as I ordered and served with a smile.Food: 5/5

Nice location. Time in the drive through was quick and efficient. The workers were very kind and quick with my order. The coffee was good The donuts where nice but where a tasted a little stale. Other than that it was good.Food: 4/5

Can I give zero stars? I arrived at the drive through an hour before close. Two women were working. They took my order, so I drive up to the window to pay and recurve coffee. I waited 15 minutes before finally giving up and leaving, I drive around the side of the building and it appears the two employees just decided to leave. Laughably bad experience.

Where is the cream in the Iced capps?? These were disgusting. Tasted mostly like the mix. All the Tim Hortons in the area are making them this way. These always used to be light in color. Won't go back to Stringtown.

Could be a little neater when putting donuts in bag. Outside of bag tends to have icing and or glaze over them. Also when did the cost of a napkin come out of their salary?

Absolutely the slowest Tim Hortons i have been too. And this isnt the 1st time I've visited and they were so incredibly slow, rude and just mismanaged.Food: 3/5

Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Donuts were incredible. We dined in, but there is a very popular drive thru. Definitely, Canada’s best export!!!

I dont even know how to explain Tim Hortons. Their coffee is mostly on point, but their donuts are to die for. My family got donut holes as an example, the next day before leaving we got a 12 pack of said donuts. They have just the right amount of sweetness I'd say. My brother and I have never had such great donuts. They're so delicious that you crave them by just the scent. They're mouth watering even. it's like having a bit of heaven to taste, and I'm not big on donuts so this was just a very wonderful experience.

The drive thru was slow but worth the wait. The coffee was hot and delicious!
