They have a dirty exterior, overflowing trash cans, some staff seems to be motovationly challenged as having seen three or four employee's chit chatting while at busy or peak hours. The very best Tim Hortons can be found in Royal Oak on 11 mile near I-75. This place should go learn something from the Royal Oak crew.

Very close to my house and I go here every morning. They have one or two employees that try very hard and the rest don't care at all. I order a bagel every morning and asked that it not be toasted. Bagel comes out test at 80% of the time. Currently calculating an alternative morning stop. I would not recommend this place

Tim Horton is my favorite coffee shop. Love the bagels.😜

Every time we go my order gets messed up. Today, I am really hungry, ordered 10 bucks worth of stuff, and my order was wrong. I can't go back because I am at work. They make too many mistakes with my orders and I'm never going back. I don't care that it is down the street from my job. I will drive out of the way to get what I actually order.

They are screwing the people in the US if you go to Windsor everything is cheaper at Tim Hortons and if you consider the exchange rate it's even cheaper yet for US currency but here they charge more for everything. All you have to do is Google Tim Hortons in Windsor and look at their menu prices you'll see
