Well the first time was good but its gone down hill the next few times. Today will probably be the last stop, waited 10 mins to get the order and it wasn't right. The one lady was working hard making food but the other person working didnt seem to care and took their sweet time.Food: 2/5

Not only are the workers rude and full of attitude they can’t seem to make a single large ice cap correctly it’s constantly melted and taste like a watered down milk shake. Do better!
I call ahead to confirm that this location still had a cold stone creamery in it to which the gal says yes. When I get there, there obviously isn’t a cold stone. What is so hard about just saying no we don’t have one. Is the staff looking to get fired?? Time to take my business somewhere else for coffee and ice cream…

My go to place for that Cold Stone Ice Cream! Delicious! Come here a lot. Ask for the same. Medium Build your own chocolate with Oreo cookies, last two times I've gotten small size or less and last time, I had a small cup in a medium cup, paid for two cups and got two cups.
Never messed up any of my orders. They always seem to have 2 people at the window in which makes them very fast at getting you taken care of
Very cozy, friendly atmosphere, who I always manage to have when I go. I like to come here and enjoy a nice coffee and soup!
