The customer service here is acceptable. However, what is not acceptable here is the level of professionalism or pride that these folks put into their work. I went in for an oil change before driving up to Virginia for Thanksgiving. I didn't notince a problem until a day after we arrived. There was a huge puddle of oil on the ground where we parked. They failed to tighten down the drain plug for the oil pan after they put it back in. Over half of my oil was gone. So, when I went back to complain, they refused to give me a refund or reimburse me for the oil I had to buy. Instead they just did it again for free. I'll be changing it myself or going somewhere else from now on.

I will never go back to this location or any other tires plus location ever again!! I've had issues with them overcharging me for months. But the last straw was when I took my car to them 3 times in a span of two weeks and the problem keeps recurring. Each time they told me my car was fine and yet a couple days later my check engine light would turn back on. This happened to me again this morning and I will NOT bring it back. I'm tired of getting the same thing fixed and having nothing to show for it. I'm taking my car to a family mechanic from now on. And I WILL be contacting corporate about their inefficient service!!

Don't believe most of the reviews on here, most of them appear to be review bots. I am a real person and here is my terrible time. It started when I scheduled a 12:15 appointment, I scheduled and appointment at that time because I had another appointment at 3. I waited and waited and finally at about 2:20 decided to call up and see if maybe they were calling the wrong number. They hadn't even gotten started on my vehicle. "Mayra", the lady at the front, I believe she's some sort of manager which really bothers me, quoted me 45-60 minutes when I asked her when I dropped my vehicle off and made her away off my later appointment. She either disregarded that or completely unvalues me as a customer. When I called up and asked about my car at 2:20 she's the one that answered and I got the worst customer experience because of it. When I called up I to ask about my car not only was I told they weren't done with it, but that they hadn't even started on it and when I asked her about my 12:15 appointment and reminded her about my 3 o'clock appointment elsewhere she acted like she had no idea, and told me they weren't going to have it done by the. I took off work to get these things done that and because of your staffs uncaring ways and completely disregarded customers they cost me money from my job, made me have to reschedule my appointment at the last minute, and completely ruined my opinion of tires plus. I even recommend you guys to everyone with your lifetime alignment program but after this and my last experience I won't be coming to this location anymore.

About 7 years ago, I brought my 1998 Purple Dodge Stratus in to have an oil change. I chose this place because it was nearby. When the service was complete a man (I assume the manager) brought my paper work to the front desk for check out. He said I needed my brakes completely re-done at a cost of about $600. Well I said good day, paid for the oil change and went on my way. Later I was severely leaking oil all over the place. I took my car up the street to a Walmart mechanic. He found the oil filter barely plugged in! So I had to have it replaced yet again. It is apparent to me that Tires Plus did this to get me to come back in and spend more of my money on a job they botched on purpose! Later I also had my brakes looked at, at Just Brakes in Casselberry....turns out all I needed was a $40 brake fluid replacement and not a whole new brake system! Also, I would beware of some of these good reviews...some of them sound very similar. There are companies out there that are hired by other companies needing good reviews and post said reviews on all the social media sites and try and talk up the company needing the good score. I know this because I used to work in the office for a mystery shopping company, and they hired a company that specialized in this. These people can also be "local guides". Stay away from this location, I never bothered to return for them to rip me off again. If I could give this location a zero I would.
