Had pictures from their WEB site of items to buy, but wasn't sure where they were located so asked first employee I saw. She actually escorted me to find each item. One of which was not where she thought it should be. She then took me to a vacant checkout register and proceeded to ring up the items. That was when I noticed the prices were higher than on their WEB site. She then called over a manager who authorised the WEB prices. I was VERY pleased with her effort to make my visit pleasant! Best experience I have ever had at any Walmart.

It's a typical Walmart, the associates are usually semi-helpful with directions to items. But specific product knowledge is low. Basically what would be expected of a large retail store. Although I tend to shop in the evening or late night, so perhaps I am accustomed to the night crew. Overall a clean store with a large selection of merchandise. When items go on clearance they are deducted priced to move. I have purchased items 75% off of the already low original price. Photo is of the sporting goods clearance, where I purchased multiple fishing rods for 50% off.

It's a Wal-Mart. I will say the store is usually always some what well kept ( with the exceptions of the restrooms. They need to cut those out, and start over ) clean, and organized. Definitely the on stop shop with great every day low prices ...

Jennifer at Customer Service was amazing. She helped get our air mattress exchanged and even got my boyfriend to take me on a cruise. She deserves a raise and a full paid vacation by Walmart. Best customer service I’ve ever had at any walmart in my 25 years! #Bless

While we are almost always able to find what we need, we are almost always less than satisfied with the actual customer service. There are never enough register aisles open, and today, when we needed a manager to assist with a purchase at the self checkout, we waited for quite a while and no one ever showed up so we had to cancel the item and leave without it. The Apopka Walmart just seems that it doesn't care about providing good customer service.
