It was intense, but on my own pace. It was fun but challenging. It was a stress relief medicine like no other. Epic. I loved it.

It was not what I was expecting it to be. I’m glad I stayed for the class. I got an incredible workout for my whole body. Being in the military I have to stay in shape and this made me exhausted. Jerell was the deciding  factor for my return. I can’t wait to go back and do another workout!

This is a great workout that is fun and fast paced.  The instructors are enthusiastic and will leave you tired but loving it!

Best work out you could ever ask for from trainers who genuinely care about you and your goals.

All you have to do is show up, they will do the rest 😁
