I have dealt with many lenders in my time and the service I received at this Title Max location here in Victorville was absolutely incredible. Alejandra was fantastic! Really made everything easy and was super helpful and informative. She had me in and out in no time. I thought long and hard before taking my business to Title Max and I'm so happy I did. I wish more people had the work ethic, personality and friendliness that Ms Alejandra has. I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for straightforward lending with excellent customer service.

Went in and was helped by Alejandra. I've been to several loan companies throughout my life, and this place and customer service by Alejandra was spectacular. 100% recommend this place and make sure to ask for Alejandra! Will definitely be coming back for future loans!

I have been coming to this location and I am a returning customer. Every time I have questions or fall on hard times, the entire staff is here to guide me, which is always a huge plus when your going through rough times. When I walk through the door I literally feel like a celebrity and I'm giving them my money..lol..Communication is key when you going to be late going in, do not run! They will go above and beyond to help you keep your wheels.
Thank you everyone for treating me like a human being and not just taking my money.

Whenever I need amazing customer service, I ask to speak with Brooke! I'm sure that everyone there is fantastic, but once I was assisted by her, she is now my go-to person there. Love Titlemax!
