I would call this a local pub...we went in for a look see and stayed for one drink. Barman very traditional with white shirt and tie. No very friendly to visitors to Manhattan . Clean and safe old traditional pubService: 3/5
Nice atmosphere. The red leather upholstery and dim lighting the seventies music Barry White and BeeGees type music they were playing gave me this retro lounge vibe that I loved but was lost on a younger member of the group. My young childhood was in the seventies and I watch lots of seventies retro tv, so... I loved my fish and chips. Not everyone loved their food but hey if it's Irish then go Irish so I did and I wasn't disappointed.
Best bar in Manhattan, the loveliest and kindest owners and bar tenders, never a bad crowd. Always enjoyed coming here and never was disappointed. Food is great but it's the cocktail that you come here for and trust me they have all kinds of alcohol and the bartender knows every cocktail imaginable and not.
Very neighborly vibe. Great place to come with friends and or adult family members. Staff is always nice and friendly. I shall be returning. Also brunch is great here!!!
