Clearly management does not care for the negative feedback they are receiving. You I'll give it to you anyways. First I was told 30 minutes for an exterior and interior. I saw my car sit for 20 min and no one touched it. After waiting for 50 minutes I ask the cashier if she knew the status of my vehicle, of course she couldn't ​get a hold of the manager. I finally spoke to the manager and his answer was that the vehicle is on the assembly line. That it was next, when I told him that I have seen other vehicles come out the "assembly" line after mine and they are being cleaned, he started cleaning my car in front of me with out an apology.  It took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get the car washed .

This place sucks...it's a rip off..do your own vehicle if you have the means. I had to get a rewash. The cashier was really understanding,  but the workers outside suck..don't waste your time or money.

Great interior clean!  I had a 2001 Suzuki Vitara that the outside was absolute garbage.  Every time I went I told them to only do the inside, don't even waste time on the outside.  I'd have spilled drinks and food scraps all over, melted cheese in the change tray.  They cleaned it every time like almost perfect.  I couldn't ask more for $15.  I always tip the guys for their work.  I never rush them, I always drop my car off and then go next door to eat.  Tell them I'll be back in 30 minutes.

They don't clean interior very well. Missed a lot of spots. It also has places you can very well see that they just spayed over the dirt missed the radio and center council completely.

If you're not proud of your vehicle or don't care for it then I would say go ahead and get it cleaned here while in the same time waste your money. But if you're vehicle is basically your second home. I advise you to avoid this place.
