I went in to get my vehicle inspected. The associate was very busy. It was wonderful that he handled everything very professionally. It seemed like Friday morning was a great day to come in early. There was only one vehicle for an inspection before me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I was told 30 minutes and he was more than very punctual. As I left at least 5-6 more vehicles pulled in for service. I like going to this TLC. I have always received Excellent Customer Service!

The whole process is automated with a worker that hovers should you need assistance.  The workers appear to be courteous and helpful.  The process of washing was fast with a lot of blinking lights for dramatic effect but not instrumental to the washing process.  The $20 cleaning was decent but nothing compared to a good hand wash.  Overall a decent experience.

Fast Pass is awesome!!! quick,easy and clean!! Removed salt and sand from roads and vacuum access and towels included

If I could give it to zero Stars I would. Pretty sure my car is dirtier now then before I went through the wash. Free vacuums are not worth a half a car wash.

Seriously of they wear a pink shirt avoid getting your car washed. There are so many places you can pay 20 dollars just for an outside nasic wash
