Tomáš Monosi has provided the area with his catering service for more then ten years. After seeing how successful his catering was and discovering his passion for fine cuisine, he was inspired to do more for the community. Through this drive, he opened Cafe Tomas' which evolved his passion even further, and brought us to the opening of Tomáś Tapas Bar and Restaurant, a blend of the traditional Spanish tapas bar and a conventional American and Mediterranean fusion, three-course-meal restaurant. Since the restaurant open, we have become a 3 time winner of Best Tapas in the Hudson Valley, as voted on by the community, in Hudson Valley Magazine. 2015 saw the winning of Best Martini in the Hudson Valley. Tomáś Restaurant welcomes all, accommodates party bookings, lunch and dinner. We feature local, live music in our lounge on Friday and Saturday nights, encouraging the community to come enjoy dinner and a show. We look forward to you "experiencing the cuisine!"
