If I could rate less than 1 star, I would. This is the absolute worst company (AGENT) I have ever dealt with. They do not know how to do business. They make 'accidents' and remove vehicles from your policy without permission. They charge you for vehicles you do not own. When they do this, you have a wife and a newborn baby riding around for months not knowing that this agent has "accidentally" terminated your insurance on that vehicle. They "accidentally" bill you the wrong amount. Then when it's time to pay on your policy they auto draft double the amount out of your bank even when you call and specify that you DO NOT WANT AUTO DRAFT! But according to the agent "this was my fault for paying my bill online." Luckily this time I caught it. They do not return ALL calls (most of which are very important.) When they do not return calls you have to call general customer support in order to attempt to get answers that they say I will need to speak with my agent about. Once they call you back they say things like "you don't have to call 15 times," even if you only called twice regarding TWO SEPARATE ISSUES! Even after they return your call (good luck with that) they say things like "I don't know." "We have taken care of that" (when clearly have not since they cannot provide proof that you have been asking for, for several months.) Suddenly, after asking for a well deserved credit for paying several months for a vehicle I did not own (which totaled several hundred dollars,) I got a call from my agent stating that they were not renewing my insurance policy in a few months due to two very, very minor accidents that I was guilty of having. And admittedly, I had two very small accidents within 2 years. I think they totaled around 3k for both, (the only accidents that I have ever had, never even a ticket in my whole life.) I understood this and was fully prepared to move on to another company. But! But, I still wanted answers on my other billing issues! Just because you cancel me doesn't mean that I don't want answers on my other SEPARATE issues! Cancellation coincidence? Still zero answers! So, then my only option was to call State Farm general customer service, again. Remember those guys? I do, I know them pretty well at this point. I explained my situation to State Farm general customer service and they told me something "sounded fishy" and that I should start an investigation with the state insurance commission since I could not get proof or 'real' answers from this agent as to why this was happening (billing and non renewal at this point.) Mind you, STATE FARM RECOMMENDED CALLING THE INSURANCE COMMISSION ON THEIR OWN AGENT. THEY GAVE ME THE NUMBER TO MY STATE INSURANCE COMMISSION TO FILE A COMPLAINT! The next time I spoke with the agent, he was very upset and "took it personal" when I reached out to the insurance commission to get answers per his customer support reps recommendation. I cannot express how unprofessional this agent is. I will do everything in my power to make sure the whole world knows how hateful and rude he is! DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM TONY BRUMMIT STATE FARM! YOU ARE BETTER OFF SAVING MONEY WITH A REAL TEAM OF PROFESSIONAL AGENTS! I am currently still waiting for ITEMIZED proof on my billing that I have requested multiple times instead of un-itemized copies of the bill that i receive in the mail that have zero explanation of credits or deductions applied for "accidents" and so on. I talked with the agent again today. He claims that he will be calling to get the itemized billing but does not know if that is even a possibility for something that detailed but sounds pretty hopeful that it might happen (but not right away since it's Friday.) Finally, I have only been asking for it for 7 months on an issue that has been an issue for 11 months. What's another few days right?! One can only hope that it will happen. We shall see. This is only a god send for me. Since cancellation of my policy I have seen rates far, far below what I was paying for this joke of a service.

I used this agency for several years without incident and paid my bill and the bill of my then fiancee. In December 2013 I split with my fiancee, but agreed to continue paying her auto insurance for a year in the hopes things might work out between us. It did not and in early 2015 I spoke with Tina the woman I had been dealing with and asked her to stop deducting my former fiancee's insurance premium from my bank. Because I moved out of Oklahoma, I connected with another State Farm agency in Georgia who began deducting my auto, hazard and liability premiums directly from my bank. Mr. Brummitt, unbeknownst to me, continued to deduct the automobile premium for my former fiancee from my bank without my authority and against my express direction. This matter did not come to my attention until May 2016 when I moved again and in the process reviewed my insurance. I immediately contacted my new agent to cancel the payment and requested that I be reimbursed because of the error. Mr. Brummitt after many phone calls from me finally told me that none of his people would admit to the mistake and, of course, had no recollection of the conversation with me. THERE WAS NO QUESTION THAT THE CONVERSATION REQUESTING THAT I NO LONGER BE CHARGED TOOK PLACE. The question they have no answer for is why would I continue for two years to pay this premium. I would never recommend this Agency and warn any prospective client to never trust them to carry out a verbal instruction. I, UNFORTUNATELY, TRUSTED THEM TO DO AS I ASKED AND THOUGHT I COULD DO SO BECAUSE THERE WAS A FAMILY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY FORMER FIANCEE. THEY DO NOT RATE EVEN A SINGLE STAR AS THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY BUT YOU CAN'T POST WITHOUT CLICKING AT LEAST ONE STAR.

Tony and his entire staff are great and a pleasure to work with . Tony is very knowledgeable and worked his way up from being an onsite adjuster.
