Story

We are the "Dog Lover's Boutique and Bakery" and make fresh doggie pastries on-site, as well as provide TOP-notch customer service to you and your four-legged BFF! We make special occasion cakes "to order" with a 3 day notice, and have a "barkery" full of K9-cupcakes, cookies, and other doggie favorites available and fresh all the time! Our Brand NEW Grooming Salon is now OPEN, so let the pampering begin! Give us a call for your dog's grooming appointment and you will see the difference in your TOP DOG!!
Also, our NEW Doggie Day Care room is open for your pup's play date, 3 hours min to all day!

Awesome place to take your dog and get some treats many other things you wouldn't think of, check put their essential oils for dogs!!

Not a fan. I had such high hopes for this location after visting the other. I was beyond disappointed. The ladies who work here are incredibly rude and half the time don't even acknowledge you. Some of the products are high quality but way overpriced-you can find the same stuff at Healthy Spot for cheaper with a nicer staff. And the other general stuff can be found at petco/petsmart. Such a disappointment.

Yup, very clean store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you care about what your kids eat, this is the place to come.

This is the owner's response to a negative review I posted on Yelp (which was deleted for "Violating Yelp guidelines") Comment from Karen M. of Top Dog Barkery Business Owner 3/27/2017 Our groomer finished earlier than expected. You both acted put off and rude to my whole staff. We would like to give your behavior a ZERO stars. We offer a FREE hour of day care so that you don't have to rush back to get your dog. That's the point. People like you cannot be made happy. The lady that checked you in said you complained....sorry that you didn't understand the basic differences in our packages. Fine, we gave you the package you wanted. The groomer did her job. It was a bath. The nice girl who checked you out said you were rude. This is all before you called me....You and your fiance both spoke over me multiple times as I asked what we can do to make you happy. Yes, I asked several times. No refund would stop you from sending a bad review because you are a negative person. Thanks, we have a lot of nice and happy customers. I just feel sorry for your dog now. This is the Review I posted (since then removed by Yelp):********** I don't know where the four stars are from because I got the worst service for my pet today. I had asked my daughter and her fiancee to take the dog in for grooming, expecting to have an immaculately clean and happy, sweet smelling dog at the end. DID NOT HAPPEN! Aside from the fact that this service for the dog was below par, these other issues: 1. BAIT AND SWITCH - quoting one price and what was included in the service package over the phone then changing it up when customers walk in - that's CHEATING! 2. THREATENING OVERTLY - "Your free hour of Doggie Day care starts when I hang up" - really!!! the Groomer gave an estimated time of one hour, but they called to say they were done grooming in under 30 minutes and called my daughter to come get the puppy. Now what if the person who left their pet was on another errand and could not come within that time period? Another way to EXTORT money, if you ask me. 3. ATTITUDE AND BAD VIBES galore - when they brought home the pup, and realized she was NOT CLEAN , they called and spoke to Karen (apparently the owner). Anyone with a minimum experience in customer service would definitely describe that encounter with her as incredibly frustrating - Remember when you had to argue about something in a circuitous way - yup - that's her way of dealing with and wearing down the customer I think. A promised refund was not done as of today (Monday- Grooming was on Saturday - okay I get it banks and all, so am hoping it will happen by End of Day). 4. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 - Discuss and Disclose at the beginning of any transaction, Clarify and verify what type of service the customer is asking for, AGREE on what you will provide and customers' expectations might be closer to what you can deliver. Stick closely to a schedule - deliver on time, as promised or estimated, but give yourself and customers a reasonable leeway. TREAT all CUSTOMERS with respect and courtesy. WE may not always become friends, but you rely on customers to stay in business.
