Our breakfast sandwiches were good. I got mine on gluten free bread. My chai drink was really good!!  The service wasn't very friendly. And the lady taking our order at the counter wasn't wearing a mask. Maybe she's the owner, and felt she can do whatever she wants.  There's a cute patio in the back, but we ended up not staying back there, because the cushions were wet from the moisture in the air, I guess, and the metal seats were cold. I think it would be nicer to sit back there in the summer.

One of my favorite coffee shops, nice patio, good coffee / tea, they have kombucha from Whale bird, yummy food breakfast and lunch, decent wifi, friendly staff.  Best part is they have a mission with their brand, check it out and let the owners tell you that. But. Best of all, bring your dog!  They also have some music on the patio occasionally which is amazing!

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. My first day there I had a breakfast burrito it was yummy. My last day I had the avocado toast the egg is not included on it and it is extra charge. I had a medium mocha that was delicious. I recommended it 100%. I did not like the fact that everything closes too early even during the weekends.

Update 12.22  Friendly new owners Black bean burger with latte Top Dog Coffee Bar  Come in for food and drink, stay for the community.  Always a great spot for coffee, nibbles and meeting with friends. We enjoyed the patio for breakfast and that amazing cappuccino. Fresh berries in oatmeal to start the day.

Really cute coffee shop that supports many good causes animal rescue, veteran support dogs, etc.. Coffee was delicious, kids said the pastries were bomb, the dogs enjoyed there peanut butter treats and the breakfast burrito was one of the best! Service was friendly and prices were what I expected. We will be back!

Five stars. Great folks and great atmosphere. Back patio is premium for the fresh ocean air. Americano was on point, not too weak not too strong. Breakfast burrito was the size of a newborn baby, but to be serious good size and tasted great. Gluten free options for the wheat-less friends in the car, and last but not least you can bring your dog in to relax and get a treat at the counter. Will come back, and would recommend to anyone.

Good coffee with a lot of options, you'll be hard pressed to find some one who can't find something they want on the menu. Food was solid and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

WONDERFUL cinnamon rolls! Breakfast buriitos are excellent, too. But the best part of Top Dog is the atmosphere. Great ambiance. Feels good to just sit in Top Dog sipping coffee, listening to the chatter, watching the dogs and dog lovers.Morro Bay peeps REALLY LOVE their dogs! I love this place!!Food: 5/5

I love stopping by Top Dog when I’m in Morro Bay.  Food is always yummy, today I had the bagel breakfast sandwich  which was delicious. They also have great coffee and other drinks. Pastries are also good. They have lots of indoor and outdoor seating options, I love bringing my dog and sitting in the back patio.
