BLTA was awesome and the best part was the sourdough bread! Perfect soft and toasty. The large sandwich was big enough for two! Will be splitting this with my wife next time and ordering my own açaí bowl.

I really wanted a great cup of coffee, and I found it here -- a beautifully-prepared mocha, that reminded me of the old French-inspired cafes of Berkley where I went to school in the late 80's.  It was very nice.  The gal who prepared it was nice too.  Parking: Lots

The new business owner, Jeremy Sizemore, and the new staff have really improved this business over the last few months! Improvements to the facility and product line. High Tide deli now has espresso and coffee drinks. The deli sandwiches are good, however still probably use lower quality average tasting Sysco products. Could improve somewhat here, but still overall edible. The acai, pitaya, and sorbet bowls are tasty. And I enjoy the kombucha drinks. High Tide Deli has a pleasant outside patio area and the staff are pleasant. Great place to grab sandwiches and drinks before heading out to the beach, or before kayaking on the Bay.  Addendum: Almost a year ago when High Tide Deli was purchased, I gave it four Google stars. I have frequently gone back for sandwiches, fresh fruit smoothies, and coffee drinks. And it keeps improving. I really like the continuous quality improvement. So, I'm submitting this addendum and giving High Tide Deli a fifth star. Good work everyone at a Morro Bay favorite!

Been here a couple times. Super cute place, and the women working there are always friendly and sweet to my kids. Yes the wait is usually a little long, but we’re at the beach! Delicious Chai, and the richy rich smoothie is super yumm!

Love at first sip. Gotta a drip with oatmilk. Also got an Avo-toast with tomato and sprouts. All ingredients were fresh. The patio is super cute and there were fun souvenirs and stuff to shop for while waiting for my food, like shirts, beanies, stickers... The staff were nice too. Can't wait to come back! So glad my friend got me that gift card

As far as the sandwiches go,  the quality of the food does match the price.  I especially love the very thin sliced onions! So textureally satisfying along with the shredded lettuce . I crave it.
