Excellent cab service! We had an early morning pick up and our driver, Steve was on time, professional and very friendly. The vehicle was clean and in good service. I highly recommend Top Hat Taxi!!

Tremendous service. I arrived on a 2am shuttle and needed a ride. Top Hat was the only company to answer the phone. It was cold out, and the driver hustled over to pick me up. His card reader was dead, and I had less cash than the ride should've cost, but he happily took that and apologized for the card reader. I will always recommend that folks needing a ride in Flagstaff call Top Hat!

My driver had the wrong address when he picked me up: strike one. My told me the meter was busted and gave a random estimate: strike two. When I told him my desired route, he tried to argue with me and gave me an attitude when I insisted on the route I wanted him to take: strike three.

They are quite simply the best option for Flagstaff. They are all local folks - including the owners! Every single one of them is always cheerful, polite, and gives you exactly how much "space" you need (even if that changes daily lol). They are reliable, timely, honest, hard working and fair. I use them sometimes several times a week, and I couldn't be happier with their service.

I've used pretty much every taxi service in Flagstaff and even used to work for one, but Top Hat is by far the best I've experienced. The cars were the nicest, the rates fair, and the drivers have been exceedingly friendly thus far. I won't be going back to any other company now that Top Hat is around.
