Bad experience. I had booked a cab an whole hour ago. And they are still not here. I don't feel like I should even give them my money just because the representative we're very rude. They weren't listening to none of my issues I had. They had horrible customer service skills. Need all need people truthfully. Sad to say

I know lately  you folks are trying to upgrade and give better service to us customers, as I observed and experienced today. Great service and very fast!! Thank You. Keep it up. You still need to get your "auto-voice" phone service corrected. I think your management team needs to test try the phone calls to your company so that you can see what us customers go through when calling for a cab.

Worst service ever stood outside waiting for a cab was never warned that it would take well over an hour for them to get here but after an hour to find out they never booked the cab @ all very unprofessional individuals i spoke to the supervisor eddie after waiting20 min on the phone and the young lady was refusing to put a supervisor on the phone she kept getting on the phone with a bunch of excuses after excuses why i couldn't speak to a supervisor i have been riding with discount cab for years and this was one of my worse experience to have a supervisor eddie lie and tell me he would call me back in 2 min and never did this cab service has really lost all my business i will never call them again can u believe after i cancelled the cab not even 5 min they had the nerve to text me and thank me for calling to cancel my cab OMG I'm so pissed!!!!!

Was picked u by a man driving a Honda Civic. Guy told me discount cab is called total ride and sends random people who drive for uber to there house. He told me I can only pay in cash and that they no longer take credit cards.
When I asked him about commercial insurance he said he did not have any because it was his own car and his ac was blowing hot. Now that discount cab doesn't provide company vehicles from calling in I will no longer call this company.
