Fantastic Service!

Mark Matthews, Master Mechanic helped me change a tire in the parking lot of a Royal Oak convenience store. I had a sidewall blowout and was able to park safely, and had one of the (ridiculously overtightened) lugs loose when he came upon me and offered to give me a hand. We traded off getting the lugs loose and he helped me get back on the road in less than 10 minutes.

Let's be clear: I don't know Mark. I'm not a regular customer of his. I'm a total stranger that he ran into on the street and he was kind enough to help. Keep that in mind the next time you need a good mechanic. Highly recommended!

This establishment is wonderful! The staff is outstanding and makes you feel like family.  This is a very honest and fair family run business. All of the staff was professional and treats my car like it's their own!

Had my car taken here to remove broken off exhaust studs without knowing anything about them.   They took care of 4 exhaust studs in one hour for a very reasonable price!

Highly recommend!

Staff is fantastic. As someone who doesn't know very much about cars, they explain things to me without sounding condescending. They are very friendly, professional, thurough and prompt as well. I highly recommend them.
