I like that the store is convenient, not many cashiers, can't find anyone to help you in the store at times, they don't have the grocery selection at this Tops store as the other stores. Not many selection for vegans and vegetarians. They have a very small gluten free isle.

Very pleasant, courteous staff. Store clean and nicely stocked. Great selection of fresh produce. Just one con however, as others have mentioned, not enough cashiers.

Too Gotdamned expensive! We live in the more "colorful" part of Syracuse, and that usually means higher prices, a security guard that missed his calling in the war zone, and suspect meat (by appearance)! They've got a lot of work to do, but until the public demands it, I guess they'll take the money and run!!!
