Not what I was expecting. You get what you pay for. I originally ordered the cheese steak and was later informed that they were out of steak . I ended up getting the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. To say the least I am disappointed after asking for no mayo it still had mayo on a chicken bacon RANCH ! But as far as cost and the time it took for food to be delivered I would have been better off driving the five minutes to Jersey Mike's. When the delivery driver showed up at my home he informed me that they were not out of steak they just didn't have any cooked and weren't going to cook any til the next day. So much for putting the customer first. I will not be returning .

Pretty disappointed with the spaghetti. I had it deliver and there timing was on point but it came with a layer of cheese baked on top of it. Never really saw spaghetti served that way before lol. Only good thing really was the greasy cheese sticks and the salad.

Worst experience ever! Ordered online had some technical difficulties which is understandable but took them well over 2 hours for my food. I call the manager he told me the driver had the wrong address and asked for it again. I gave it to him. He said the driver is in the area and should be there soon. 20 minutes later still no pizza. I call and they can’t find my order and there driver shut his phone off so no one could get ahold of him. The driver finally showed up after I told them I don’t want my order and that he should call his boss because they have been trying to get ahold of him. Doesn’t apologize nothing walks off and speeds away! Not professional if you ask me.

Tops Pizza is one of the best in Cove in my opinion. Its always very reasonable & taste great! They offer some of the best specials & they have the cheapest delivery fee. If you looking for a quick family pizza night & don't want to spend a lot (Pizza Hut / Dominoes) but you also don't want the poor quality of (Little Caesars) then Tops is the best choice!!! Give it a try you'll be happy you did! :)
