My service was horrible! And you would think it would come from a employee but it was the manager who was rude. She had an attitude out of this world because she got out order wrong and going to tell us we didn't say that. The chicken is small and fried old grease. We ask for a refund and handed the bag back through the drive-thru and she snatched the bag..Calling corporate! We went down a mile to Churches, and got great service and better chicken!

Employees were nice. Food was good.  However, one of my sides were missing and the worker had gave me literally a full cup of water(overflowing) via the drive-thru, spilling everywhere.  I don’t understand why wasn’t a regular cup given, especially while in a car.

Food was warm I can get over that but when I made it home I was missing some of my order then they acted as though I was lying even when I presented the ticket really didn't like they way  it was handle and they gave me some old strips too. Just a whole headache

I received my food in a timely manner. But the shiii was old,hard and cold. Not to mention dry and no taste at all. Never will we go there again.
