Story

We open at 3pm Tuesdays thru Saturdays. We also have a great happy hour from 3pm-6pm Tuesday-Friday. Come on down and bring a friend!

I love this place. They have a seasonal menu, so you always find new favorites! Everyone who works here is so accommodating, and they always give you plenty of attention with drinks, water and anything else you might need. Really great drinks too!!!

Terrible food: I've not ordered a single item on there menu and been pleased. Pizzas are pathetic, shareable (literally listed in the appetizer section on the menu as "to share") items that aren't worth a tenth what you have to pay for them or are constantly out of stock so you can't generally get the things that may actually be worth a damn or are so meager it's not worth being an appetizer for one person don't deserve to be put into a human mouth. Terrible service: Should I have to wait for you to take my order, or even ask if I want any of the so called food you have on a menu, for over a quarter hour or does the wait staff know that the food is that God awful that nobody will order it anyway? I'm glad you have a halfway decent selection of beer on tap but so does any other bar in a five block radius. Ordering: I don't mean this to be an attack on the wait staff (this particular section that is) (which may be undermanned for a living room sized restaurant area [2 servers] ) , but do you think if you wanted people to actually come here and eat any of your slop that you'd order enough at a time to encourage that behavior in your customers? Finally I will say that this isn't my first visit and I strongly encourage Toro Lounge to not make it my last, nor anyone else's, but please make it worthwhile to come here. (Not to add insult to injury but your truffle fries and for that matter your garlic fries are piss poor and I'd rather eat week old fast food French fries)

I'm coming back to my review 8 months later... Yep, still love this place. It reminds me of some of the nicer bars in Seattle. Makes my move over here on this side of the water a little less sad to come here at Toro lounge and enjoy a good drink and good food. Thank you Toro Lounge!

First the website information is incorrect as I reviewed it and then in person found it wrong, so don't believe the website. Secondly, the server there with only one other customer in the whole place, was rude to me. Lastly, go across the street to the other eatery...much cheaper, better service, and good food.

A shame this place isn't as busy as you'd expect, but I do prefer a little peace and quiet. Food is really good, some items a little pricey. Good beer selection and waitresses on the ball.
