One of my biggest fears is being ripped off by an auto mechanic. I had a problem with my hot air blowing through the vents in this frigid weather; in fact, it was blowing cold. I took it to the nearest shop and was told  that it was a $42 part but because of its location, it would consist of pulling the whole dash, steering wheel, etc which would cost over $500! I then took my vehicle to Total Car Care and Paul, the owner, quickly diagnosed the problem. The fix? Running a water hose through the heating coils to clear any  and all sediment that had built up over time. I am happy to say that I gladly embrace the recent 28 degree temperatures in what is now, a warm vehicle. Thanks for your honesty, integrity and knowledge Paul; you are the best! I would gladly recommend my worst enemy to Paul at Total Car Care and maybe even give him a ride! Thanks again!

He used to be good, one of the best local mechanics. He takes more time than other places since he works alone, but it's not worthy anymore. My car was in his garage for two weeks to be seen. I needed to bring back again with same issue, and took another two weeks to be seen. Make sure calling him to be updated if you want to use this place. He's hard to reach.
