I had a positive experience here with Dr. Robson and nurse Sandy at the front desk. I booked an appt. in August and there was an opening the next day. Dr. Robson was competent and provided the referral and lab forms I needed without hassle. Sandy who administered my TB tests was very friendly and helpful every time I came in.

I also am very disappointed in this medical facility, I have had to call more than 100 times in one day just to try and book an appointment only to be told my doctor is on vacation. I leave messages and I get no response back, I find it hard to believe that a phone line is busy for an hour or more straight! This is completely frustrating especially when you are expecting and only want a referral to an ob and are not getting any answers as to if the referral has been sent, not only that but when asthmatic and have the pharmacy fax the refill paper work and spoke to the receptionist and she says we received it and your doctor is on vacation and won't be able to fill your prescription so they wil ask another doctor only to call just before closing and find out they never recieved the paper work and that I will have to go to the hospital!!!! This place needs to have more phone lines and people that care!

This has been my family doctor and clinic since I was born. Unfortunately I have to say that the only experiences I've ever had at this clinic have been completely unprofessional. 
Not only minor inconveniences like not ever being able to
Get through on the phone, but also  requisitions written in the wrong name, to refusing to send referrals to specialists.. The list goes on and on. 
The staff that works at the front desk is very rude and on many occasions tells their patients to leave and find a new clinic. (Specifically Betty) 
I feel awful after I have any interaction with these people, I don't think it's right that when you are sick or in pain that this is how you should be treated. 
I pray that management sees this and makes some serious changes.

I have to agree with Natasha. The phone is rarely answered. Very difficult to ever make an appointment.
