I happened to find Dr. Lai by simply searching for the nearest family doc on google. So far for half a year, I'm satisfied with his professional service and his kind & patient attitude!

3 years ago, I was involved in car accident. As a result, I got multiply injuries. 
Thanks to Doctor Kevin Lai detailed attention to each injury, I am not just learned how to handle my current condition, I also got clear diagnostic. Doctor Lai was sending me to consultations to different professionals and different tests. After taking care of the injuries, Doctor Lai also helped me to get over emotional stress related to an accident. He found way to help me to put my life in the right direction. 
The most important part that Doctor Lai will only prescribe medications, if it is necessary. He will always prefer natural way of healing. He always open to different options and always have time to analyses situation and learn how to deal with it. 
Who ever want care from real professional Family doctor with care and attention to little details should choose Doctor Lai.

Dr. Lai has been my family doctor for 8 years. He has really grown into his role. He is patient, dedicated, and sensitive to my medical care. I am lucky to have such a doctor in my corner. He has a tremendous range of services to help you through any problem. Kevin is efficient, sincere, and sensitive to issues of confidentiality. I like coming to him. Thanks Dr. Lai.

Dr. Kevin Lai has been my family doctor for about 7 years. I trust him and only him. He actually listens to his patients. Never had any problems with him. 
My husband used to have another family doctor and on many occasions he was misdiagnosed. Since he switched to Dr. Kevin Lai he has finally got all the answers he was looking for. 
Besides treating our physical health issues Dr.Lai provides us with psychotherapy sessions that help us deal with daily stress. 
I would definitely recommend Dr. Lai to my family and friends.

My doctor is Kevin, and he is really nice and caring. He can speak Cantonese not mandarin but he is always patient to translate for me.:)
