I kind of can’t believe what just happened. When I placed my order for delivery, the man on the phone tried to convince me I’m confused on where I live, which is pretty much next door, and I gave my address. I can see them from my front door. I was told it would take 45-50 minutes for delivery. Over an hour later, the delivery guy called and asked if I’m “the lady who not sure which condo she’s in”. Once delivered, I got a room temperature pizza. When I called the same man was astounded, got annoyed with me about it and said it can’t be true. He said he didn’t know what to tell me because this pizza IS hot. I was pretty shocked by his attitude. So I guess I don’t know where I live or how to feel temperature. Thanks Touch if Italy crew for an incredibly special night 👍👍

Authentic Southern Italy cuisine. Owner is always there, he's the real deal. Locals are most of the customers. We had marinated artichoke salad and split a calamari pasta. Everything was wonderful. We'll be back to try the pizza. I wished they had crusty bread instead of the rolls. They were very good, I just missed the crust I'm used to in Italian restaurants

I've had better spaghetti and meatballs out of a can. Starts off with this guy, I'm assuming he's the owner, talking about how hes been in business 28 years. We ended up here because the line at the The Garlic was too long. I wish I would have waited now. The spaghetti came out in a bowl and it was literally sitting in half water with some marinara on top. One bite and I sent it back and showed them the bowl of water. Then the guy had the nerve to overcharge me for a side salad $4. Note: when two out of three people have to send their meal back you don't charge them for the side salad that comes with the dinner. I'm sorry but I don't think you'll make it another 28 years if this is how you treat customers and the quality of your food doesn't improve.

I have given this place 3 chances to provide something simple as a good pizza and courteous service. Each time that I ordered a pizza for pickup it has been burnt on the bottom almost black. Once I return it , the owner and the cook want to argue with me about it due to the obivious fact that it is not edible. The last excuse was that they were so busy that they could not make a proper cooked pizza , so they offered me another one that was waiting to be picked up and it was burnt even worst than mine. I would recommend that you check your order before leaving . There is nothing more disturbing that driving back to your home and finding out that you can not even eat your pizza. Stay away, there are plenty of other pizza places in New Smyrna Beach area to use, TERRIBLE pizza and ATTITUDE by both the cook and the owner

Cannot understand great reviews here...if you want quantity and cheap, this is your place. Tried an Italian sub...it was soggy with oil, skimpy on ingredients, and was on a plain sub roll that was a glorified hot dog roll. Tried their pizza special (everything on it), and that was soggy in the middle. The toppings were also skimpy, and not evenly distributed. The place is dated and dingy, desperately needing a deep cleaning and remodeling. The host (owner?) is friendly, and the service is good. It is not expensive. But we will not return. The adage that "you should eat where the locals eat" can be misleading. Some folks go to a place simply out of convenience. And admittedly, we did not try anything else. If it was a cleaner, more updated place we might try again. But for now, we will not return.
