Long story short it was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Matt in the service department was awesome and did everything to make sure all my needs were taken care of. And to top it off one of the ladies in the store turned on the Xbox so my kids could play while we waited. I had a great experience and will be back!

I worked at Tousley Motorsports over the summer of 2017. As a college student, I got thrown into my first full time job as a service receptionist. Right when I first started working there, I did see some bad customer service by an employee or two, but the owners, who are extremely awesome and personal, along with their amazing HR, fixed that problem. After we got a new service manager, Jim, I noticed he really tries his hardest to improve things in the service department. Matt, one of the service writers is on top of every single ticket he has open, from what the machine is/what's being done on it, to the exact name of the person that owns it. From reading some of these reviews, I guess a lot of customers don't understand how difficult it is/a long process to get a warranty claim approved or to get in a pretty hefty job. The Tousley technicians are amazing and do some awesome work, trust me, I've seen it first hand. With great salesman that can articulate specifics about the machines Tousley sells, to the service team that tries their best with all that their doing, and to their higher department with such cool owners that take things very seriously about their family owned business. Tousley really is an amazing motorsports company.

Sales guys super awesome     they pushed a bike out and started it up just so I could hear how the pipes sound  very cool   above and beyond    also a great selection of apparel here  and plenty on the showroom floor to see

Hands down some of the rudest people I have ever met, customer service is horrible!! You get better service at wallmart. I was up stairs looking at helmets sales guy walked right by me and didn't bother to ask if I needed any help I clearly looked lost and couldn't find what I was looking for. Everytime I ask for a product the sales guy or whoever is walking around on the floor just looks at me like I'm an idiot and says something along the lines of we don't have it or did you check online. I am giving this place one star because it's hands-down the cleanest Motorsports dealership place I've ever seen in a long time. However cleanliness does not make up for customer service. I will not be shopping here again and will not recommend this place to anyone. My recommendations is be more helpful to the customers around you and most importantly be polite and courteous.

Horrible customer experience with Tony the service writer/manager,   never called back to fixe all the scratches they put on my sled.   Also brought the sled in for a problem and they said it was the bulkhead and it didnt fix the original problem i was having so i paid $1800 dollars to fix something that didnt fix my problem.     Not an honest or trustworthy shop/dealer.  I would recommend to buy from a different dealer.
