I needed my new plates put on.The guys in quick lane are FANTASTIC!!! Always in a great mood even when they're extremely busy. And they still took the time to run it through the car wash. Great people!!!💜

Fantastic service department! Kept me fully informed of every step of the warranty work they did for me. Great communication and a very thorough assessment of their work after completion to assure all problems had been addressed and solved. Would definetly recommend to any friend or anyone Thanks again White bear Ford

After a poor customer service experience I met with management who said they’d do better and agreed to work with me. However after they begged me to not review them poorly for how terrible their finance guy communicated, and my issues with their service department, they agreed to contact me in January to see what was available and add in something towards a newer car for being so patient. No one called. No one emailed even. All said and find they just don’t seem to care about you unless they’re getting money out of you. Never again. I had bought two cars prior to this and this was to be my third. It’s a shame they don’t value all customers, when we’re loyal to them

My husband and I worked with Geoff to replace the car my husband unfortunately met a deer with. I was EXTREMELY picky on the specs of the vehicle, and when Geoff had helped us find the right one, we discovered it was too long for our garage. Unlike another competing sales guy down the road who told me that I could just park his car outside - Geoff listened to us and understood the importance it was for us to be able to park it inside. He worked diligently to find us a vehicle that met our specs and came up with a diamond in the rough. He is extremely personable and someone I would recommend others to go to when they’re in need of a vehicle. Thank you!

Great service. My sales guy Adam was not pushy, but was very helpful answering my questions. The wait to talk with finance was long, but they were very busy and it was a Saturday afternoon.
