Great shops and boutiques. Always love strolling the mall and we always manage to find parking (metered spots not too far away) even during the busy summer season.

I would not call this a shopping mall.  There is hardly any good shopping available in downtown Springfield anymore.

Such a good place to stop and eat or do a quick shopping visit. They have a full cafeteria on the second floor and on the first floor an arcade a cvs a Dunkin donuts and a jewelry store. They also have an awesome little shop that sells all kinds of stuff like mugs hats scarves and they support the national breast cancer society which it great. I recommend this place to everyone.

Im ONLY providing a star because you can't provide a negative star. Tgis is NO mall. And certainly no shopping us EVER done here. This mall needs HELP

Tower Square used to be a great place to go in Downtown Springfield not having been down there in a while I ventured in the other day and found it to be a lonely desolate place where I can imagine anybody over the age of 50 will ever Venture into cuz it seems scary and outdated there was some creepy people lurking around the building and just wouldn't be a place I would want my grandmother to go shopping nor was there anywhere to go shopping too it's sad what tower square has become cuz I can remember it as a child as a vibrant and Alive place I hope they can rebuild it when the casino comes in and rebuild the downtown area
