I was losing shirts frequently to rips in the elbow (same spot every time).  It took me 6+ months (and a dozen ripped shirts) to determine that it had to be happening at Greenhouse. They of course denied any wrong doing, but now that we have switched cleaners we are rip free.
Stay away - or at least watch out for ripped elbows
