My original rate was a 4 but after living there for a year and FINALLY moving my overall experience is a one. This is by far the WORST realtor in clovis, nm. Jelene the realtor at this location is the nastiest most rude landlord I ever dealt with. I am military and her customer service from day one has been horrible! She talks to her tenants any rude way and is always reluctant to help. I had mice in one of the apartments she owned and had to move all of my furniture. I let her know what was going on ahead of time and not only was she rude about reimbursing me any type of money she also refused to lower my rent for the month I was not staying there. I also did not have AC at these same apartments (Curry House Apartments) for over 2 months and even had to buy my on AC unit to plug in. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ended up ending my lease and moving.
