Robbie worked with us very close on almost daily basis. We had a deadline of selling the house in 3 months. Thanks to Robbie, the closing took place almost two weeks earlier, savings us a lot of stress and additional expenses. In spite of very slow market, holiday season and competition from newly built houses in the area, Robbie – from the beginning - was realistic but confident. He discussed our expectations in details. His estimated selling price was relatively close to the final one. Robbie addressed all concerns whenever we had any. He kept us reassured and made the process as easy as possible, considering all the stressors related to relocation. 
Robbie is a very professional and down-to-earth pleasant person who has not tried to rise unrealistic expectations or use any push strategies. 
We are grateful to Robbie for always keeping his word, being there for us and understanding our level of stress and occasional frustration and gracefully dealing with it. Thank you, Sir:)
