Three stars is five stars too many.  The guys at the front are fine.... but it's run by a rude and incompetent idiot.  All I wanted was my tires switched from white letters out to in, and a right-left rotate, so they would continue rotating in the same direction.  He flat out refused, then patronized me by telling me I was "welcome to use any other tire place in the area."  A typical example of a useful idiot who can't think for a second ouside the box.  Pathetic.

I have been going to this location for probably 10 years. They have always matched any price I have found locally or online, even custom ordered snow tires and wheels. I've always been satisfied with the level of customer service here. The waiting area is so-so, but this is a tire shop.

Worst service ever. Go across the street or next door to the competition. I waited 2 hours to be told I needed a tire they don't have. They are slow and unprofessional. As the customers wait you can hear and see the staff playing around and joking versus working. Don't know about other locations but this particular store you should stay away from.

Don't bother. They overbook themselves and take on more work than they can handle in a reasonable timeframe. I had a 12:30 reservation for a tire rotation which should've been a half hour job. I understand that they may be a little behind because it happens. I checked with the service desk at 2:30 and they told me my car was next up. Ok. At 3:30 my car hadn't moved so I asked for my keys back. Make the trip down to Wallingford it's worth the hour round trip drive. I've never had the problem at the Townfair down there.

I call early in the morning because I have a nail in one of my tires and the told me bring it and we will take care of you. Went there I have a excellent service and they quickly take my car to do the work and take that nail out. 

Pretty fast service and less than $8. I will be back soon.
