Amazing experience! I went to a Toyota Berkeley for a 35,000 miles service. They saw that my car was filthy, it had been on my street for 5 weeks. I was abroad during that time.

I had a very positive experience with  Toyota of Berkeley. I went to two other dealerships first and Toyota of Berkeley offered me the best price. My salesman was low pressure and professional. The finance manager was very professional, as well as the woman who explained all the functions inside my new Camry. 

 I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a good price on a new Toyota.

This is my neighborhood dealership, which I've been using for the past few years since I moved here. Generally, dealerships have a reputation for having poor customer service, but I'm happy to say that this dealership deviates from the norm. Speedy, competent service with the option to book ahead online with the self-service tool.

We took two trips to Toyota Berkeley before we decided they were the dealership for us. The whole process felt very transparent, something I wasn't prepared for but truly appreciated. Haithem Bennour (Ben) was super patient and answered my questions as well as explained the ones I didn't know was had. I hate car dealers, but I like this one.
