I Love my car and my dealership and my service rep Dee Logan. They always are prompt, courteous and a pleasure to work with. The 2012 was read for an annual service check up. It was easy to arrange an appointment and arrived on time for a cheerful service meeting with my favorite advisor-Dee.  She quickly created the paper work, and saw I had a pleasant ride home. Four hours later, I received an update from Dee that the car was nearly ready and would I like a ride back to the dealership to pick it up. About ten minutes later, I received a  second call that a ride was available in about 15 minutes. Transportation showed up in 15 minutes and took me to the dealership where the car was waiting for me to sign the release paper work and drive it home. Another great service appointment from Dee and the dealership. Try them out and you will be rewarded!

Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek provides nothing short of "RED CARPET SERVICE". My Mercedes is always in tip top shape because I bring it to the experts. My new service adviser  name Kyle Jensen  has experience working on exotic cars like Maserati and Bentley. He continues to make sure I am happy with the repairs with full transparency throughout the service schedule. If the technician finds anything of concern that will alter the vehicles repair costs, I will receive a phone discussion cost and final amount. I'm enjoying my car today because of Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek. All staff members are trained to know more than the customer about their vehicles so you can get help changing your clock, navigating through the cars menu controls, or pairing your phone with blue tooth if you had trouble doing that. If you can do repairs yourself, Awesome! If not take it to Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek to get the job done right and fast on the first attempt. They will take high class care of you and your vehicle.

I'm not sure what happened this time around but there were numerous failures (especially due to the lack of communication between scheduling and service advisors) during an emergency drop-off of our ML350 that had incurred wheel/tire damage. I could write a couple of chapters here but I won't. I've bought many vehicles from this location and have had great service in the past. I'll give the current team one more chance, but that's it.

Great place to purchase a vehicle.  Very friendly sales department.  I personally worked with Chi and Bob.  They are great.  I had a wonderful experience.  Highly recommend giving them a chance before you decide to make a vehicle purchase in the bay area.
