Well I'm sure glad I didn't pay the extra money to extend the Toyota Care services. On a whim I decided to change my oil a little early myself this time. Come to find the oil Filter is falling apart(probably from not being changed the last oil change) , oil filter had a double o-ring on it(that's probably been on there for a good 10 fjojsand miles) and the oil was black as midnight only halfway through the oil life. Great to see Toyota technicians take such pride in their work.

I purchased a used Chevy Tahoe '07 and I can say this is the worst experience with car dealerships. The truck has been giving me problems from the 1st week. A light came on that said that the car had low oil pressure. The company replaced a sensor for that, I picked the truck up and the light came back on as soon as I was about to pull in my drive way. The truck now after having for few months is saying service stabilitrak, and the truck will only go about 30 miles per hour and it drives sluggish. The truck squeaks when it elevates over any bump, I assume that must be the shocks or something.  I guess I thought since I was buying the truck from a dealership, it was a good buy. Well I am now paying car note and insurance on a lemon. I am terrified. The body looks great but looks are deceiving. The salesman David Bowen should be ashamed for selling me this piece of junk. If I could turn back the hands of time, I would have waited and at least researched the car first. I wish they would let me trade it out for something with less maintenance. This is awful paying for something that has major engine issues. My daughter and I was on the highway and a log truck almost slammed in the back of us, but he veered off to keep from hitting us. The engine just completely died, when I started it back up I drove it to the back of my yard and left it. I have never had this to happen to me in all of my 37 years of life. I keep thinking about how I got to make car notes and insurance notes on this lemon! Ughh!!!

Better deals elsewhere. Other dealers (out of town or out of state), with much better prices, will deliver your vehicle to you.  Told H'Burg Toyota what we wanted then ended up spending 2 1/2 hours with them trying to sell us a vehicle we did not want.  They did not have a vehicle in the color and with the options we wanted.  But, were willing to charge us $1-3,000 more to get a vehicle from another dealer.  Meaning we could get the exact vehicle by driving a little or having the other dealer deliver it for $1,-3000 less than H'burg Toyota would sell it to us for.  Many, many other dealers within a short distance will beat their prices by thousands of dollars.

As for the oil bay, do not apply for a job here. They will offer less than industry standards and try to sell you on the potential overtime you are forced to work. It is a joke.
