Toyota of Tampa Bay  what a great place to buy Car or Truck, They treat you very well from getting you something  to eat to helping you pick out your dream car . Everyone at the Dealership treats you so good. But my salesman  Tony C. Has a great heart with customers he's like a Brother you wish you had looks out for you on concerns making sure you get the best deal. And he did just that  I'm very happy with my 2017 Tacoma.  Thanks again Toyota I will be sending  friend's and hope all of you out there stop in and save on what you want.

Overall a very positive experience.  JIM ALEX is a true professional whose knowledge is second to none.  He asks the right questions  and gives you time to answer.  He then takes his time and lets you make your own decisions then helps you out with whatever is required.  I can't say enough good things about both JIM ALEX @ TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY.  The no haggling is great and the posted price is reasonable and fair. This is the second vehicle I've bought @ TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY and I think that I will continue to use them as long as I'm alive.  Buying a car is not longer a pain, but almost a pleasure.

Very nice customer service, open very early for service. 

On the other hand, brought my car for a airbag recall a month ago and after a week of having my car they still didn't have the parts so I got my car back and had to call to know if the parts (airbags) were available again so I could get the service done. I would have liked them to be honest last time about not having the parts but I guess they have their reasons, although they didn't explained why they still schedule the service appointment if parts were not available or on back order. They did provide me with a cost free rental car for the week they had my car, in this case a brand new truck.

That's the reason for giving this place 4 stars.

Great experience! Eveyone was so helpful! I went in there expecting to buy a 2017 Toyota Camry but because I am a recent college grad (graduated April 2017) I was able to use that special and buy a brand new ruby flare 2018 Toyota Camry for a very good price with close to no interest; all this while being a first time car buyer! Tampa Bay Toyota was truly a blessing from God and I will recommend Tampa Bay Toyota a million times plus if given the opportunity! Thank you Tampa Bay Toyota!

This was the third Bay Area Toyota dealership I visited and after some of the high-pressure tactics I experienced at the other two, I was not very optimistic about trying a third. Then I had the pleasure of being introduced to JP Pabon - an outstanding sales rep at Toyota of Tampa Bay. Being in sales myself for the last 20 years, I don't throw out compliments lightly. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and he delivered on his promises. The process was amazing and I can't thank him enough. I was able to purchase a beautiful 2018 Avalon for my fiance and I made a friend in the process. Thank you JP and thank you to the rest of the staff as well!
