The team at Tampa Mitsubishi were superb, Lacey was extremely helpful throughout the process. She was patient and willing to show us the entire lot if we asked. Her dedication to transparency and "non-pushy" tactics made us feel comfortable throughout the process without the pressure of having to buy. Additionally, Jon in finance was extremely helpful in expediting the paperwork and informing us on the options to protect our vehicle with nationwide prepaid maintenance and bumper-to-bumper extended warranty for our Mercedes Benz. Again thanks to Lacey, Jon, and the Tampa Mitsubishi team for an enjoyable car buying process.

I honestly had the best possible experience at Tampa Mitsubishi! Everyone was so friendly and really made the car buying process fun! Lacey totally took her time and showed me all the cars I wanted to see and gave me her real honest opinions about them, which is extremely valued when buying a used car! Not only do they have a great Mitsubishi selection but literally any high end luxury car you could want from Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Range Rover and beyond. I got a BMW X3 and couldn't be happier with it! If you're in the market for any car, used or new in any price range, give them a try! I promise you will have just as an amazing experience as I did! After an awful accident when this lady totaled my new car I started car shopping. I knew what I was looking for, one of the cars was at Tampa Mitsubishi. I took my time but I did call and spoke to a very nice gentleman by the name of Alex. Very professional in every aspect, Since it took me a while and I did not want to jump into just anything, I also spoke to Chris and went to Tampa Mitsubishi on a Saturday and test drove the car. I completely fell in love! Like I mentioned earlier I was taking my time. What I loved about Tampa Mitsubishi is that they were not pushy at all. If anything I called them more than they called me. That’s when I got a fine young lady by the name of Lacey. This was late on a Thursday night when they were closing she said no problem come on in and everyone was absolutely wonderful. I decided to go with this beautiful Lexus IS 250 Convertible. I have no regrets my car is a beauty. The day I bought my car I have to say everyone was so great and helpful. Jon and Dan we’re also amazing! I would recommend Tampa Mitsubishi to anyone. Also they have the best selections of cars and beautiful ones I might add! Love this place, everyone works as a team and very professional as it should be. And believe me in one month I did shop around but hands-down to Alex, Lacey, Chris, Jon and Dan.

Lacey was Awesome!! Smooth hassle free experience. She helped get into my dream car same day. I was impressed with the variety of makes/model to choose from. I did not feel pressured to buy. I recommend her and this location.

Tonight I bought a BMW M6 from Lacey. She made the process easy. She's really sharp and a pleasure to work with. Can't say enough good things about the experience. The staff I interacted with were all really nice as well. Great overall experience!
