Great experience at Courtesy with Michael Nieves. I went to Courtesy to buy a car for a college grad of USF who needed a car to make it to grad school in Wisconsin. Michael not only got this car but also beyond our expectations he even got us in our own brand new car.  Michael Nieves is the best! Wow!!...We worked with Michael Nieves in trying to get a car for my son who is heading to Wisconsin to begin Graduate School in 3 weeks. Not only did Michael make my son's dream a reality but by at the end of the day he was able to help me walk out with a brand new car! I would never of imagined that would b a possibility! Take it from someone who has been riding the city bus back and forth to work for almost 2 years, go to Courtesy Cars of Tampa. Amazing experience!! We will not go anywhere else to buy a car in the future! Courtesy Cars of Tampa and Michal Nieves you are #1 in our book!! Thank you for everything!!

Interestingly, my low coolant level warning appeared.  I never open the hood of my car anymore.  It has become way too technical.  I called Ellen, she said come in as soon as it is convenient for me.  I was in at 8:30 am on a Friday morning and had some coffee and chatted with my sales rep about upcoming product releases.  I was back out the door by 10:00 with a freshly cleaned and topped off vehicle!

It is always a pleasure to deal with my friends at Mercedes Benz of Tampa!

Everyone should work with Terry Phillips. He ensured I purchased the vehicle that I wanted.  As I go back for service, he is always there to ensure I am doing okay and happy.

My family and friends know to work with Terry when they are ready to purchase their next vehicle. I wouldn't go to anyone else!
