John was great to work with. I was a first time car buyer and a little nervous about the whole thing but he was so friendly and full of information that I was immediately at ease. I knew Toyota was the place to go for my first car since my fiance has gotten all his cars here and I had seen it first hand how trustworthy they were. When discussing how I would pickup my car since I didn't currently have one, John even offered to pick me up if need be. It didn't come to that but it was such a nice gesture and just proves how far Toyota will go to make sure you have a great and easy experience. Thank you!

Excellent Service & Excellent Staff! From the initial contact to driving off in my new SUV, the staff were accommodating and knowledgeable. I did not feel rushed or like I was just another transaction.  Personable & attentive, they took the time to go over every detail of the vehicle with me and made me feel like I was part of the team.  Shelby, Mike and Dave- you guys rock!

Dan and Joseph displayed professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. There were many people ahead of me to meet with Bill. I was leaving for the weekend and really wanted to have my new vehicle that day. Dan expedited my paperwork and when he realized that the financials would take even longer he prepared the necessary paperwork so I could use a dealer plate for the weekend. Exceptional customer service!!! Joseph is a new employee and I was actually his first sale. He was kind and gentle and I hope he is able to keep that quality with the pressures of working as a salesman. He followed up with me over the weekend and confirmed my appt. on the following Monday via text. I met with Bill on Monday and he remembered me from last year not just as a customer but remembered my work I do in the world. It was lovely to actually have a genuine conversation as we also attended to the paperwork.  I really appreciate the quality of caring and service I received at Toyota. This is my third purchase and I LOVE my RAV4 Hybrid. Thank you for making my heart smile in so many ways.

My boyfriend and I went to Toyota of Wallingford to look for a Corolla for me and our overall experience was so exceptional that my boyfriend has vowed to return to this dealership when he's ready to purchase his next vehicle. While the level of attention and service we received from everyone was outstanding, I must extend very special thanks to sales person Lilia Browne who guided us through the sales process as smoothly and painlessly as possible. She listened carefully to all of our questions and concerns, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in offering advice and options, and was upfront about all charges and fees so there were no surprises. I highly recommend this dealership. They will work with you to find the best vehicle for you. Thank you Toyota of Wallingford!!

I am very happy with my experience at Toyota of Wallingford.  I went in already knowing what I wanted, and left with that car, because I was provided upfront pricing, prompt service and a competent, non-pushy sales experience.  I had no issues financing through my own credit union, and Steve H worked with me the whole way to make the purchase smooth and pleasant.

If I buy another Toyota, I'll start here.
