Owen was absolutely wonderful! Such a nice, genuine person, who listened to all of my concerns and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable, and went over all my options with me. I then met Ken, who was also very knowledgeable and sweet! It’s nice when you see a company whose employees work together so nicely. I give them all a 20/10. Exceeded all my expectations!

I recently had an appointment at Barberino Nissan for a recall issue on my car. Fortunately, the issue wasn't found in my car. I was there for 45 minutes and the waiting area was very clean and welcoming and there were complimentary snacks. When my car was ready, the representative who took care of me was very kind and helpful. He explained the outcome of the recall, the multi-point inspection completed after, and potential services I may need on my car if I was interested. This experience was beyond exceptional and I appreciate the dealership notifying me of the recall.
I had a wonderful experience at Barberino Nissan. Mike P was my salesman, he was awesome, He LISTENED and knew what I was looking to do and worked very hard with finance and the sales manager to give me what I needed. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I recommend Mike P very highly and Barberino Nissan as well. Thanks guys!
Brought in a fleet vehicle for a recall. They were super friendly and even though I got there a few minutes early and the techs were still on lunch break, I was out of there within 45 minutes. They even washed the car for me. Great dealership to deal with.
Stopped at Barberino looking at the new armada. I’ve been looking between the expedition Tahoe and armada. To my surprise Brittney Barberino herself showed me the new 2022 armada and I test drove it. I think this car had more room and a better use of space than cars in its class and after driving this, I was certain this was the car for me! Staff here was also incredible.. they earned a life long customer today!
Friendly & prompt service. A technician even took the time to show me how the auto high beams work since they weren't working. It was just a simple button that I didn't see as my steering wheel was in the way! My Service Rep took the time to go over all of the services at 1o,ooo, etc.
A review for TONY RIVERA at Barberino Nissan in Wallingford: My brother and I went to Barberino looking to buy a 2022 Frontier and were greeted by TONY RIVERA in seconds. TONY was a true professional and very friendly at all times. TONY sat us down and did his job exceptionally well. He was always polite, happy, respectful, understanding, and proud of the job he was doing. It was clear that he wanted to please us as customers. I highly recommend TONY to anyone looking to do business with Barberino. Great job TONY!
our sales rep, Amanda, was terrific! She understood our needs and was very professional in the way she presented various possibilities. We also talked to the sales manager, Ken, who also was professional and did an excellent job of putting together a financial package that met our needs
One of your salesperson sold me a new vehicle on Saturday 08/27/22 and a feature he told me would be there was missing. I called asking about the feature and he said it is there. Later when he checked another vehicle of the same model he realized it wasn’t present in the 2022 Nissan Rogue SV premium. I told him how disappointed I was about not having the feature and if we chat about it. He told me there’s nothing he can do, it wasn’t his fault and I would have to get a new trim and put more money. No self accountability. He even called me on the phone wanting me to admit he never said such. I called his supervisor and he told me give him a hour to call back in which he never did. I went to the establishment on 08/30/22 and spoke with the sales manager Kenny G. He explained it’s no longer in the vehicle and apologized. I am really not happy to do any business with you guys and I’m stuck with a vehicle that reminds me of my awful experience. My Kenny the salesperson never apologized and stuck to his Tory that he was right. Maybe a simple apology would have been nice that he messed up. Maybe just making me feel my opinion mattered on the situation would have helped. I would make it my duty to never recommend this firm to anyone. I cannot wait to sell this vehicle and never return to Wallingford Barberino ever again. I left there feeling a lot better because my dad said let peace prevail as a Christian and the sales manager tried but honestly it is my first and last time. You lost a customer because of a simple mistake that could have been resolved with an apology or a token for the salesperson mistake of stating a feature that wasn’t in the vehicle.
