I only shop here when I'm looking for a specific item and they have a special deal going on. Other than that, a lot of their items are over priced compared to other stores. I also recommend to sign up for their free reward system.  You can get a $5 coupon when you accrue enough points. You can use the coupon on top of their clearance or sale items to max out your savings.

Their phone system is terrible. They have a recording about their company " relentlessly" trying to be the best in the world. They can't be bothered to answer the phone when customers call. They are relentlessly failing.

SENT my wife away crying because they wouldn’t follow their price match policy.  They gave her three different excuses all being illegitimate to what their price match policy states! Called the manager whos name is Kathy(very rude) and she had no remorse! She said we can’t discount it that much, even after I said show me in the policy where it says that, and she couldn’t answer it!! I work in retail myself, you can’t make you’re own rules because you have to watch your stores profitability!!! CUSTOMERS ALWAYS COME FIRST!! Pulling our registry from Baby’s r us!!!

Employees are so helpful and nice and the store has amazing selection! Was able to buy gifts for baby shower and boyfriend and myself! Great variety. Wonderful experience. Would one hundred percent suggest. Prices are doable. Its like a magic toy wonderland. Come find where dreams are made. ✨

What business model is it when a corporation charges more than it s competitors and yet their customer service is dead-end, condescending and runamok? That is TRU for you...and it also is rampant in their Babies R Us chain, since they're the same family. Toys R Us/Babies R Us both simply need to vanish. I gave this place a one-star simply because there's no zero-star which will stick. I hope their passing is not too much of a burden upon their employees...and that their management and execs suffer through their karma. #NaNaHeyHeyGoodbye
