The folks in the pharmacy are all great. Very polite, even at 9 p.m. Very helpful, and very knowledgeable. I recommend them.

My experience at this pharmacy has been quite different from that described in two previous reviews posted over a year ago. My wife and I began patronizing this Walgreens less than one year ago after becoming dissatisfied with CVS, formerly Long's. Harry Quach, the primary pharmacist, has been exceptionally helpful to us in obtaining what we need. They don't normally stock a certain item in the exact specification that I need, and Harry was able to track down a source and order it for me today while I waited. He also referred me to another supplier as a possible source If they could bill my insurance (Walgreens couldn't) or if I needed it sooner than he could get it. Waiting time is a function of the number of orders already in process and the number of people working to fill orders. I have always been given a reasonable estimate of waiting time; so I have had a choice between waiting and returning later. Like Harry, the others working in the pharmacy have so far always been courteous and helpful. Perhaps the rude cashier mentioned in another review was working at the main counter in front, not in the pharmacy.

We had to pick up our presciptions at this Walgreens store this afternoon. Jerald, Executive Assistant Manager, was at the Cashier. We found him to be very Rude, Arrogant and Unfriendly. He wouldn't greet you and would rudely say "YOUR NAME?", "VERIFY ADDRESS", "SWIPE YOUR CARD". He doesn't have "Please" or "Thank you" words in his dictionary. Not sure why such attitude? We wouldn't go there again.
