Friendly staff. Place is always packed. Great prices. Fresh produce. Love the 19 cents/banana. Best time to go is right then they open,  you also get a parking spot in their small lot.  There is a lower level lot, but I wouldn't park a F-150 down there unless you feel like getting stuck

This location can get very busy! Great food selection & employees are always friendly. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible parking lot situation.. it is hard to find a space (which is to be expected given the location), & when you do, the lot is so small that is makes it impossible to turn back onto Wabash

Good selections of prepared food. I decided to pack my lunch while I was in Chicago for a conference to avoid long lines for food at the convention centre. Food quality is better than those from Target. Highly recomend their edamame and kyle salad, lemon pasta salad and clam chowder soup.

Great customer service, clean store.  Great.vegetables and gourmet food/wine.  Not your general store but if you are looking for heathly great place.

I love Trader Joe's!  The south loop location has friendly staff who will go look for items for you if the shelf is empty. They usually have a sample food and drink out to try (often for new items) and will let you try anything you are unsure of if you ask. They have an excellent selection of vegan and vegetarian friendly foods with low prices for almost everything. If you're used to giant grocery stores you may find it small and it doesn't carry as many brands or varieties as giant stores,  but what they have is quality and I find it easier to find and choose my items with fewer options.  Items are well labeled with price and price per weight/unit included.
