Bill has been a tremendous photographer for decades. He has run successful photo labs for years. But its time for Bill to retire(he's 93). I needed some prints made from 2 negatives for a client(I'm professional
 photographer). I thought he could make some b&w prints from negatives. Some came out blue and white, others were cyan and white. I asked to have them reprinted, and he said he would have to make print after print and it wouk cost him too much to do what I was asking him to do. So be it. He gave me the poor quality prints at no charge. I took them home to send to a pro-lab. They called me to say there was only one negative. Bill had lost one of the negatives.
Bill is a great guy, but he needs to retire, he has earned it. I feel bad giving Bill a bad rating, because he really is a great guy, but he's too old to trust with your important memories.
