This is absolutely the best spa there is!!! My husband has gotten me others either for convenience or it was a cheap groupon.  They were not good because I had already been to this spa.  Tranquility outranks every spa out there.  I'm so excited bc he got me a gift card here for Christmas!!

I can't say enough good things about this place!  This upscale Spa & Salon really has everything one could imagine.  I haven't tried the Spa (yet) but the Salon is really great, from the Receptionist to the Stylist!  Angela was my Stylist and she was extremely professional, helpful and kind.  She listened, played around with my hair for a bit and then we came up with a plan for the cut and (future) color which was specific for ME and my daily routine.  LOVE this place!

I had a facial and a haircut; both service providers were very nice and accommodating. I am very picking and as military have moved several times and have been, over the years, to many stylist. I feel that the finishing touch differentiating many great stylist is the customization and clean up that comes after the style. I didn't get that with my cut this time, I will go one more time because I think it takes at least twice to choose a stylist. (Haircut looks good) 

My facial with Leslie was very relaxing. And she was educated and asked the important things about skin care products and treatment and gave advise and samples after the facial. She, even though we got a late start and I had an appointment after, did not rush. I can always use more facial massage. But, Ashe did a great job

I did not find the receptionist accommodating but rather tolerating and slightly rude, from first encounter at check in to rescheduling and payment at end of service. . I was attempting to schedule haircut, color, massage and a facial and made the comment that scheduling can be challenging to which the reply was something like: we are on holiday hours right now and we don't have that many slots and we have times available just not when you are trying to schedule more than one service on the same day.? Excuse me.... you are a full service salon, which means a one stop shop! 

I will say however that I treated my daughter to a facial on the Saturday before my apt. which was a Wednesday afternoon, and the receptionists working were great and friendly and went above and beyond making us feel welcome.

I have lived in the area for 2 years now and have tried out about 5 different places looking for someone that could consistently cut my hair the way I really want. I was REALLY getting discouraged, but so happy to find Susie at Tranquility. She is a lovely young lady whose wonderful skill of cutting hair is equally matched by her ability to listen to exactly what the client wants. I couldn't be more excited that my search is over! I rarely post reviews but I am so happy with my experience that I feel the need to share. If you are looking for a great place with a variety of services and a talented bunch of people (thank you Susie!!), I recommend you stop in to Tranquility.
